These are the ingredients used to create the sample.
A weighing machine was used to measure the weigh the ingredients.
70 grams of sugar
210 grams of organic waste which consists of
- 160 grams of banana (without skin)
- 50 grams of basil leaves
700 grams of water
One teaspoon of yeast

Observations:
A foam was formed at the bottom of both jars, 0.5cm in Jar 1, and 0.2cm in Jar 2.
A layer of bubbles was observed at the top of both the jars.
Day 3:

Bubbles from the previous day had vanished
The foam at the bottom of the jar did not grow.
Day 4:
No visible changes were observed in the jars.
Day 5:

Similar to Day 4, no visible changes were observed in the jars.
Day 6:

No visible changes were observed in the jars.
Day 7:
Observation:
Pungent smell was noticed.
Day 8:

No visible changes were observed in the jars.
Day 9:
No visible changes were observed in the jars.
Day 10:

Observation:
The foam at the bottom of Jar 1 increased its height from 0.5cm to 0.6cm. No changes were observed in Jar 2.
Day 11:
No visible changes were observed in the jars.
Day 12:

Day 13:
No visible changes were observed in the jars.
